Hamilton's Kid's Fitness program - CrossFit Kids
Our fitness for kids program "CrossFit Kids" provides 6-12 year olds the opportunity to improve their confidence, strength and overall fitness in a fun, challenging and varied environment. Like our regular CrossFit Program, the CrossFit Kids fitness program uses the template of randomized, functional exercises, performed at high intensity. We make adjustments to accommodate the specific needs and requirements of children and pre-teens. While also establishing a strong fitness foundation for the future! Parents are encouraged to participate and work along with their children (required for children under 10).
